Anthony MacDonald for winning his first race at the Meadowlands Racetrack in New Jersey with 16-1 shot Rescue Plan. MacDonald, a brother of two-time O’Brien Award winner Mark MacDonald, won 194 races and over $1.8 million in 2010.
Ann MacNeill of PEI who was honored at the O'Brien Awards in Toronto recently. MacNeill, owner/operator of Sees the Moment photography, was presented with the 2010 Media Excellence Award for Outstanding Photography for her shot of Part Shark and the rest of the field in the Gold Cup & Saucer Trial. The picture was captured in the Canadian Sportsman magazine and nominated for the award.

The winners will be revealed at the 2011 ASHA Awards Banquet in Edmonton on Saturday, February 19th.
