Have you noticed all the new sidewalk construction in areas of PEI and Charlottetown where there is hardly any sidewalk activity or HOUSES? Ron McKinley announced recently that major renovations are in store for Riverside Drive including two new roundabouts.  I recently sent his department a letter outlining my concerns that there were no sidewalks or streetlights on Riverside Drive on the little bridge area leading up to the hospital.  He responded advising me of the major reconstruction that they intended for Riverside Drive next year but that SIDEWALK Construction was the CITY of Charlottetown's responsibility.  Yet, when I question the City, ...
