Born in P.E.I. on Nov. 16, 1949, cherished son of Fenton and Jean (Milligan) Boylan of Summerside. Loving father of Ronda DesRoches, Summerside; Tanya, Ellerslie; Crystal (Jamie) Wilson, Mt. Pleasant; and Jason, East Bideford. Adoring grandfather of five grandchildren. Dear brother of Brian (Nancy), Northam, and Cathy (Leigh) Biggar, Inverness. Uncle of many nephews and nieces. Brother-in-law of Donald (Sharon) Condon, Charles (Karen) Condon, Reginald Condon and James Condon, all of Kensington.
