Born in Alberton, on July 28, 1954, son of the late Willard and Ruth (Matthews) Coughlin. Cherished father of Susan (Marty) Kelly, Charlottetown and Sheri (Jeff) Gallant, Miscouche. Special Poppy of grandchildren Dexter Coughlin, Cassie, and Gracie Gallant, Darcie and Charly Kelly. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home & Chapel, O'Leary, with visiting hours Tuesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral on Wednesday in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the Cascumpec United Church Cemetery.
