The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, August 16, 2010, of Bernie Doucette, husband of the late Thelma (nee MacDonald) of Charlottetown and formerly of Rustico, age 78. Bernie is survived by his special friend, Vi Chandler. Resting at Central Queen's Funeral Home, New Glasgow. Completed funeral arrangements will be announced later.
