Louise S. Higgins Dodenhoff (nee Simpson) died on Sept. 2, 2010, in St. Petersburg, Fla., formerly of Hamilton, PEI, and graduate of Charlottetown Nursing College. She is survived by her son, Donald S. Higgins, his wife, Charlotte, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
