The death occurred peacefully at the Colville Manor in Souris on Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010, of Eileen Longaphee, age 75 years. Beloved wife of Howard Longaphee of Souris. Loving mother of Allan (Carol), Michael (Kim), Robert, Darlene and granddaughter, Melanie. Predeceased by son, Melvin. Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris for visiting hours on Friday, Sept. 10, 2010, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday morning 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Funeral to be held on Saturday morning, Sept. 11, 2010, to St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Souris for funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment in the parish cemetery. If so desired memorials to Colville Manor in Souris or the P.E.I. Arthritis Society would be appreciated.
