The Bible is very clear

The Year 2011 has come and gone and for me it was a really great year. I turned 90 years old and my New Year’s resolution is to get to 91.
The cry for our world is give us more, more for the food banks, more doctors and cheaper drugs. Some holler that we need an abortion clinic on our island. I believe what we need is more morality having been around for 90 years and seeing so many changes.
Over the Christmas season our grandchildren were playing a game together. Three were on the Island and they could see the one in Alberta on TV just like he was in their midst. Education has had a great number of changes but you know we are not able to pay our way. Government and businesses run in the red. We are so smart and yet so stupid.
Countries that have little or no room for a man called Jesus are in great turmoil. In 2012 we need to take time out to read the world of God and obey it as it is the only answer to our wellbeing here and a blessed eternity.
Jesus said, in St John 8:12, “I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness but shall have the light of life. This is a wonderful promise.
A great resolution for 2012 would be to read the word of God every day. You know, our world is so full of religious garbage. They say follow us but we don’t know where they are going but they hope they will reach the promised land.
Jesus said, in St John 10:9, “I am the door. If any one enter by me, he shall be saved: and he shall go in, and go out, and shall find pastures.”
The Christmas season is over for another year but the message was and is, “she shall bring forth a son and they shalt call his name Jesus. For he shall save his people from their sins.” (Matthew 1:21)
In St John 14:6 Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No man cometh unto the father but by me.”
Dear friends the Bible is very clear. One door, one light, one Saviour. Surrender your life to him today.
I pray the Lord will continue to watch over all in 2012. Thank you Lord for the lovely days.
