Today I read a letter in The Graphic written by Sean Halley.
The Church of Christ does have a sign that changes every week or so and the one in question "Dusty Bibles lead to Dirty Lives" really caught my eye as well. Only in a positive way, my life was changed over 35 years ago by God's written word called the Bible. I use my Bible for a road map through life. Some days I think I'm too busy and skip reading it, in turn it gets dusty and life gets complicated.
St John 1: 1, 2 and 3 says (1) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God.
(2) The same was in the beginning with God.
(3) All things were made by Him, and without Him was not anything made that was made.
Keep up the good work author of billboard Church of Christ. I read it every day on my way to work and I always need a reminder not to let dust collect in my life from neglect in reading my road map, the Bible.
