On Saturday morning, as the wind picked up, fishermen and recreational boat owners in Montague Harbor were busy securing their boats in anticipation of Hurrican Earl, which brought heavy rains and high winds to eastern P.E.I. Here, Bradley Condon, a fisherman from Lower Montague, ties up the Chico Missy, a decommissioned fishing boat now used as a pleasure craft.
