PEI WRITERS GUILD, (PEIWG) announces the submission deadline for the 23rd annual Island Literary Awards. Deadline is 4 pm, April 23, 2010. The PEI Public Library Service is again partnering with the PEIWG to allow ILA submissions to be made at any public library across PEI. 2010 submission guidelines can be found online at peiwritersguild.com
