It is true that getting in shape and staying there is a combination of many things. You have to want it, you have to have the desire to follow through until your new lifestyle becomes habit. You have to appreciate what you have accomplished and not return to your old ways. You have to make activity and good nutrition a part of your lifestyle, and you have to do it in a way where you look forward to it. It may not happen the first few weeks, but stick with it and it will all fall into place.
