The funeral service for Mary Etta Acorn was held Saturday, December 5, 2009, from Ferguson's Montague Funeral Home Chapel. The service was conducted by Rev. Mark Buell. During the service, the music selection was Amazing Grace. Recessional music was Big Girls Don't Cry. Pallbearers were David Ramsay, Ron Ramsay, Lloyd Bruce, Kevin Gregan, Jeremy Nantau and Joyce Matheson. Flowerbearers were Kenzie Gertley Gregan, Dustin Gertley Gregan, Katelyn Barrett, Trudy Dean and Lynda Beechy. Interment will take place later in Peters Road Cemetery.
