BUTLER, Lucy Helen

The funeral service for Lucy Helen Butler (Acorn) was held Thursday, December 31, 2009, from Ferguson's Montague Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Mark Buell conducted the service. The organist was Irene Fraser. The congregational hymn was Will Your Anchor Hold. During the service, grandchildren, Andrew Campbell and Chelsey Butler sang Be Thou My Vision, and the Murray Harbour North Pastoral Charge choir sang Let The Lower Lights Be Burning. The recessional music was God On The Mountain. Pallbearers were grandchildren and great-grandchildren, James, Jason and Ryan Perrot, Jody Crossman, Andrew and Dean Campbell. Flowerbearers were grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Holly Johnston, Helen Crossman, Jennifer, Shawna and Chelsey Butler and Kevin Rice. Among those attending the service was staff of L & O Butler Ltd., executive, directors and members of the Montague Curling Club and staffs of Montague Access P.E.I. and Department of Attorney General and Justice. The interment took place in the Peters Road Cemetery.
