The funeral for Lorna Darrach was held Monday, November 30, 2009, from the MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel to Park Royal United Church where Barbara Cairns conducted the service. During the service Diane MacRae sang On Eagle's Wings. Congregational hymns were For The Beauty Of The Earth, I The Lord Of Sea And Sky and His Eye Is On The Sparrow. Organist was Valerie MacKenzie. In attendance were staff of Westwood Primary and members of the P.E.I. Hospital Nurses Alumni Association, Park Royal United Church Women and the Ladies Auxiliary of the CNIB. Pallbearers were Callum Beck, Arthur Cudmore, Alan Stewart, Ralph Stewart, Ronnie Stewart and Scott Stewart. Interment took place in People's Cemetery.
