The funeral for Florence Mae Dow was held Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010, from the Belvedere Funeral Home Chapel where the service was conducted by Rev. Claudia Kitson. The organist was Helen MacRae. During the service, Gaye Hood sang Just A Closer Walk With Thee. Congregational hymns were In The Garden and God Be With You 'Til We Meet Again. Words of remembrance were shared by daughter, Brenda White. Pallbearers were Brian Parker, Wayne Parker, Andrew MacPhail, Shane LeFurgey, Al Smith and Kevin Smith. Flowerbearers were Erin White, Laurel White, Karen MacInnis and Janet LeFurgey. Interment will take place later in the Searletown Cemetery.
