The funeral for Harry William Gorrill of O’Leary formerly of Glenwood, beloved husband of Muriel (nee MacDonald), was held on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 2pm in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel, O’Leary with the Rev. Ewen Moase conducting the service. Tania Honan read Psalm 23. The community choir under the direction of organist Roger Jeffery sang Amazing Grace, Abide With Me and The Last Mile Of The Way. The honourary pallbearers were Keith & Sherla Gorrill, Osborne & Marie Phillips, Ray & Delma Botts, Marjorie Silliker and Sterling & Thelma Baglole. The pallbearers were Stewart Gillcash, Glen Betts, Terry Gorrill, Donald Oulton, Glen Sweet, Don Maxfield. The flowerbearers were Denton Gorrill, Krystle Gorrill, Megan Honan and Jillian Affleck. Attending the service were members of the O’Leary UCW and staff of Charlottetown Rural High School. Interment followed in the Glenwood United Church Cemetery. www.fergusonsfh.com
