The funeral service for Joseph "Wilbert" Hippenstall of Summerside, P.E.I., beloved husband of the late Theresa (nee Arsenault) Hippenstall, was held on Monday, January 4, 2010, from the East Prince Funeral Home Chapel, Summerside, by Rev. Brian MacDougall. The readings were read by Deacon Cyrus Gallant. The Gospel was proclaimed by Father MacDougall, who also delivered the homily and led in the prayers of the faithful. Three solos, "Lord, I'm Coming Home", "Amazing Grace" and "Cast All Your Cares" were played and sung by Rodney Savidant. Following cremation, interment will take place in St. Malachy's Cemetery, Kinkora at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to the East Prince Funeral Home, Summerside.
