The funeral for Jean Keefe of Charlottetown was held Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010, from the Hennessey Funeral Home Chapel, where Reverend Keith Kennific, who also delivered the homily, conducted the funeral service. Her daughter, Tena Keefe, read the first lesson and Father Kennific read the second lesson. During the service, soloist, Gaye Hood, rendered the hymns Here I Am Lord and In The Garden. The organist was Linda Doiron. The interment will take place later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Among those attending the funeral were representatives of Cardio Respiratory, Internal Medicine and other staff of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
