The funeral for David F. Keenan was held Tuesday, August 10, 2010 from Belvedere Funeral Home to Our Lady of The Assumption Church where the mass was presided over by Fr. Philip Callaghan, who also proclaimed the Gospel and delivered the homily. The readings were proclaimed by Denise Flemming and Donna Keenan-Doiron. Shirley Keenan-Gass led the assembly in the prayers of intercession. The organist was Pat Steele. During the mass Kyla Cook sang Amazing Grace. The church choir led the congregation in singing Be Not Afraid, The Lord Is My Shepherd, Here I Am Lord and How Great Thou Art. Altar servers were Ernie Coyle, Clair Arsenault, Dick Richard and Debi Richard. Honorary pallbearers were Bobby Keenan, Jack Keenan, T.J. Keenan, Eldon Keenan, Jack Hayden, Bert Ballum, Wendell Duncan and Jerry Gallant. Pallbearers were Allison Keenan, Chris Cheverie, Irving Flemming, Ricky Doiron, Denise Flemming and Frank Hughes.
