The funeral for Brenda M. Killorn was held Monday, December 14, 2009, from Belvedere Funeral Home Chapel, where the service was conducted by Rev. Kevin MacKenzie and Rev. Claudia Kitson. Organist was Helen MacRae. During the service, Helen Killorn sang Wind Beneath My Wings. Pallbearers were Josh Toombs, Dan Toombs, Patrick Killorn, Tony Forrester, Harold Haslam and Paul Killorn. Flowerbearers were Gayle Forrester, Kim Haslam, Carolyn Drake and Nancy Mountain. Interment will take place later in Cavendish Community Cemetery. Those attending the funeral service included staff of The Guardian, staff and volunteers of the Prince Edward Home and members of the Multiple Sclerosis Society
