The funeral service for Florence J. MacLeod of Hartsville was held Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, from the Cutcliffe Funeral Home Chapel where Rev. Barbara Wagner conducted the funeral service. She was assisted by Chaplain Judy Parsons and Pastor Stephen Mawhinney. During the funeral service, the congregational hymns were What A Friend We Have In Jesus and Rock Of Ages. Soloist, Perry Neatby, sang the hymn, In The Garden. The organist was Flora Anne Whitty. Pallbearers were grandsons, Jamie MacLeod, Andrew MacLeod, Scott Kennedy and Blair Kennedy; neighbor, Robert MacKenzie; and nephew, Milton Ward. Flowerbearers were granddaughters, Diane Boswall, Carolyn Mooney, Anita MacDougall, Dawna Lee O'Connor, Debra Lynn Trainor and Sandra Marchbank. The interment took place in the family plot in Hartsville Presbyterian Church Cemetery where Rev. Wagner conducted the graveside service.
