The funeral for M. Ruth Reeves of Kensington and formerly of Breadalbane was held Friday, March 5, 2010, in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel, Kensington, where service was conducted at 1 p.m. by Rev. Claudia Kitson. The duet of Judy McGregor and Bruce MacFarlane rendered the selection "How Great Thou Art". Congregational hymns were "The Lord's My Shepherd" and "In the Garden". Organist was Linda Paynter. Pallbearers were Andrew Proctor, James Proctor, Peter Smith, Wade Smith, Gordon Smith and Don Reeves. Flowerbearers were Jill Proctor and Karen Mayne-Mullins. Interment was in People's Cemetery, Freetown.
