The funeral for Ina Martha Walker of Andrews Lodge, Summerside, and formerly of Kensington, was held Sunday January 17, 2010, in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel, Kensington, where the service was conducted at 3 p.m. by Rev. Vicki Homes. Scripture readings were given by Marsha Campbell Yeo and Carol Montgomery. Soloist Chris Moore rendered "How Great Thou Art". Soloist Sharon Montgomery rendered "A Beautiful Life". Processional hymn was "Peace Perfect Peace". Recessional hymn was "Softly and Tenderly". During the service, "In the Garden" was played by pianist Linda Cousins. Attending the funeral were members of the Kensington Presbyterian Church AMS and Ladies Guild. Pallbearers were Garth Campbell, Gordon Campbell, Barry Campbell, Wendell Simmons, Bruce Yeo and Denton Cairns. Flower bearers were Carla Moore, Carol Montgomery, Marion Burrows and Louise Richard. Interment was in People's Cemetery Kensington.
