The funeral for M. Patricia Wilson of Charlottetown was held Friday, Aug. 13, 2010, from the Hennessey Funeral Home Chapel where Rev. Mark Buell conducted the service. Scripture readings were given by friend, Cherie Peters, and words of remembrance were shared by special friend, Donna McInnis and daughter, Carla Wilson-MacKinnon. During the service, friend, Caren Jameson, sang the hymns Amazing Grace and There You'll Be. The musical selection Candle in The Wind by Elton John, and the hymn The Old Rugged Cross by Alan Jackson were played on CD. Pallbearers were friends, Justin MacNeill Boulter and Mike Quinn; brother-in-law, Jr. Wilson; nephew, Jamie Bradley; special friend, Peter McInnis nd son-in-law, David Cahill. Honorary pallbearers were John "Sonny" and Phyllis Gillis, Sandra Burke, Ben and Brenda Boss, Beverly Doyle, Earl "Buddy" and Phyllis Doucette. Flower bearers were friends, Carrie Blanchard and Cherie Peters; special friends, Lynn McNeil and Donna MacInnis; nieces, Kim Heisler and Angie Bambrick. The interment took place in the family plot at the Roman Catholic Cemetery where Rev. Keith Kennific conducted the graveside service.
