* THERE WILL BE NO TRAVEL/DANCE FUNDS THIS YEAR*

This year all our funding went towards permanent powwow grounds,  that will be ready for our 12th Mawiomi Three-day Gathering, in 2010. The grounds will consist of a building that will have a kitchen, eating area, both men and women washrooms and shower units. This is great news for our community of Abegweit!

While we have no travel or dance funding we would still like to welcome everyone to join us on July 11th, 2009
