The audience is always plentiful and upbeat at the annual Tignish Irish Folk Festival.

Barry Sinclair, left, originally from Dublin, sported some original Irish attire and spirit during the annual Tignish Irish Folk Festival this year.  Barry and his wife Michelle, who are both living in Calgary, were in PEI to visit some family of Michelle’s, and both attended the annual Festival for the first time.  Sinclair was wearing his Irish International Jersey which he owned from years ago.

 Fifteen year old dancing talent Cameron Francis delighted the crowd.

Fiddlers Son's kept the crowd entertained at the 2009 Tignish Irish Folk Festival, as one of the many acts to display their talent during the four day festival this year.  They are shown here performing at the outdoor concert on Tignish Heritage Property on Sunday Aug 2.
