Islanders are encouraged to enjoy the Nordic skiing trails offered at Mill River Provincial Parks as a great way to get active and enjoy the beauty of Prince Edward Island, says Tourism and Culture Minister Robert Henderson. 

“Our provincial parks offer Islanders and visitors a variety of fun activities to enjoy in all seasons,” said the minister.

“Nordic skiing is a great way to enjoy the winter with family and friends.” 

All three of the trails at Mill River Provincial Park are groomed and open for skiers. The on-site skating rink and tobogganing hill are also open. 

Equipment can be rented at the site.
